Actually, we give this place 6 out of 5 stars! We are from California and were RV camping in Seaview, WA. Our truck broke down and we had just a couple of days left before our reservation expired. We called them on a day they were closed and left a message. Millie called us back right away. Theses folks got us into their shop, assessed the problem, and did the repair in 24 hours! And they gave us a ride to and from their shop. They are professional, courteous, efficient, and considerate. We are so fortunate that we were able to have them take care of us especially after being such a long way from home. Because of them, there were no hickkups in our travels. Sister in law car repairs were done right and happy. Accepted payment as setup no disagreements. With service,was able to pickup early. Repairs,heater core replaced,even with parts order from Portland. Will go there for repairs when needed again. Thank you for your great service. Being AAA member is a Greater Plus.
On vacation. Truck started running bad. Drove to box k. Even though they were busy, Millie was able to have a technician plug into obdii port. Came up with crank shaft position sensor. They had to order from Portland. Got next day and put on.
They were extremely fast, and nice. Even offered to wash truck. Since it was and had been raining crazy we declined. They were fantastic. Highly recommended.
Have been going here for years. With all my vehicles. They have become friends and they treat every one as that. Professionals all and the service is the best anywhere, they warranty every thing they do and put on the vehicle, AAA discounts also, plus they have a shuttle free, to take you home and pick you up and they wash you car before you take it, now THAT IS GREAT SERVICE.
i would give more then 5 stars if i could. I'm from out of town visiting my friend at long beach. My car broke down, even though they were swamp, they got my car right in. they were very reasonable in price. i even had my oil changed to. they vacuumed and washed my car. when my car is due for another oil change, even though i live out of town, i will bring it back to them. thank you box k for being there for me.

I was in search of a local auto repair not only for convenience but to contribute to the local economy. I was happy to find Box K online, with a generous coupon. I called for a quote and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable Millie. She took my details, and promised to get back to me right away with a quote. Their price was the best of the quotes I received, even with sales tax that I wouldn't have to pay if I crossed the river over to Oregon. They ordered the part and called me the next day, offering to take me home while my car was being repaired, and picking me back up when repairs were completed. I elected to wait in the lobby with free Wi-Fi. Free vacuum and wash is included with their service repair. Competitive prices and free estimates. Plus they give your vehicle a thorough go over for follow up later. It just doesn't get better than this locally or out of the area! I highly recommend this business and will be using them again in the future!
I bought a new Kia this fall and had a several of the lights on the dash come on. I took my car to the dealership we bought it at and found out a rodent had eaten some wires. They were not able to fix the wiring or work on the car because of the rodent problem. My insurance company tried working with them, but I finally went and got the car after three weeks. It still had rodent traps in it but no rodent. I was quoted several thousand dollars to get the problem fixed. Box K diagnosed and fixed the problem in two hours. It cost no where near thousands of dollars and NO stress. I will bring my New car under dealership warrenty to Box K from now on!
