While vacationing at the coast, lost the clutch in my Crosstrek. Called box k and they were more than happy to take it on! It took a day longer than they said it would...BUT that wasn't their fault! The clips they ordered didn't show up on time. Again, NOT their fault. When we got there to pick up my car, imagine my surprise, the outside was freshly washed and the interior cleaned as well! It's a chocolate lab can (we have 2) so the inside was due for a vacuum! They come highly recommended by us! Even our coastal neighbors had nothing but good things to say about them. New clutch is like butter, we so appreciated them squeezing us in and getting the job done!

These people are fantastic!!! I'm a midwestern transplant and needed to find a reliable auto repair shop. They were my first pick and I am so satisfied. Our Subaru was making some unusual noise and my vision system had shut down. I was concerned so much, my wife and I took the car to Box K Automoti e. Their reviews told me to check them out. We were totally satisfied how John and his team handled our problem. The car had a rear wheel bearing issue. S ince we are from Spokane, our major concern is getting it repaired so we could go home safely the next day. The part was ordered and repaired before they closed that day. ThankS to everyone including their coursety drivers. We are headed home safe and secure.There's more but this really says it all.

Box K has been wonderful. I had an emergency situation and had to have my vehicle towed. They were very prompt and efficient in repairing my vehicle. They provide a two-year guarantee on their work and they also provided me with an estimate for future repairs that are needed as I can afford them. On a Friday my check engine light came on. Box K diagnosed it and repaired it within a couple hours. I am very grateful for the quick and thorough service. They even washed my car.

Came in from out of town Sunday evening belt broke, called Box K mid morning Monday morning for price and how soon could get done. Was told to get it there and they would have it fixed by end of day. Also had car washed and vacuum out as part of job. Would recommend to anyone for car work on peninsula. Very happy customer.

Alternator failed while staying in Long Beach. Drove to Box K and they whipped up a quote and had it scheduled and completed early the following day. Provided ride for us to and from the Hotel. I can’t remember receiving better service.

Hearing a strange noise from your vehicle while on a road trip is never a good feeling! We are so glad we called Box K.
