I was traveling along the coast and broke down unexpectedly. Millie was able to arrange a tow for me and had my vehicle fixed and ready to go by the very next day. The technician had some additional recommendations on my vehicle, but she was able to prioritize them for me so I knew what absolutely needed to be done and what I was able to hold off on until I later date. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism I encountered at this shop. If I lived in this area, I would without a doubt make this company my go-to destination for maintenance and repairs. I've been treated good at dealers before, but you can always tell that it's motivated by the fact that I would be receiving a survey from the manufacturer. With Box K, the treatment I received was genuine. I'm not gonna say that I'm glad that I broke down, but I'm definitely glad that I chose Box K to handle the repair. Thank you Millie and team!

My power steering hose blew while I was vacationing with family and friends in Ocean Park. I found Box K Auto Repair though my AAA membership, and I'm glad I did. I called them on Monday afternoon telling them of my dilemma with my Jeep and that we needed to be out of our rented beach house by 11:00 the next morning. They told me they could do it first thing the next morning if I could get it to them that day. They were true to their word and my Jeep was ready around 9:30. I used AAA to tow my vehicle the their shop and the tow truck driver gave them rave reviews also!

Pulled our tent trailer into Cape Disappointment and noticed fluid leak near transmission. Didn't want to get stranded on the side of I-5 on the way home. Worrisome...Referred to Box K by a parts store in Seaview.. Put car on a lift, topped off fluid, explained slow leak is at a seal. Not urgent. Terrific service, esp for a drop-in.

While camping at the state park my truck parking brake got stuck in the on position. Box K was awesome. Fixed in a few hours, reasonable price, used the courtesy van to give me a ride to and from the campground, AND washed my truck! Awesome job!!!

I cannot thank Box k enough! I decided to spend the day at the coast. Leaving the beach my truck got stuck in 4x4 low. I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I pulled into Box K without a phone call or appointment. They were able to fit me in right away and had the problem fixed and me back on the road in less than an hour. So pleasant to work with and they even washed and vacuumed out my truck! Extremely reàsonable in cost and excelled in customer service! Thank you so much for making what could have been a disastrous afternoon to a surprisingly pleasing one.

Firstly..... THANK YOU!! I appreciate you all so very much for everything. We live in gig harbor.. 3 hour drive! I began frantically searching last night for a auto mechanic that could get us in for a problem that arose after we arrives here in longbeach wa. EVERYONE EITHER WAS FULL OR 35+ MILES AWAY!. Box k auto also showed no appointments for today at all..... However they took the time early this morning to get our vehicle in. When traveling with children I'm sure as most of you with children know that means so much to know your vehicle will at least make it home let alone the 2qts of oil that was low isn't anymore lol I recommend this mechanic to ANYONE here in this area. Thank you again so very very very much.

Just about as good as it gets! We limped in with a failed alternator, and the folks at Box K couldn't have been more helpful and gracious. If I could rate them 6 stars (or more) I would. Thanks so much to all at Box K Auto!

Awesome experience...2003 CL 500 Mercedes had "check "engine" light on. Have owned for close to a decade and that has never happened! Being up in Surfside Estates, drove down to Box K...show up around 11:00 am on a Friday and need to drive to home in Montana on Monday. They loan me a car to go back up the peninsula and call after assessing the problem...they have already been to OR to purchase part and just needed my approval. John & Millie are the best to deal with and I'm writing this from my home in Montana. I would highly recommend them to anyone with auto concerns.

Box K Auto was amazing. They are incredibly friendly, gave me a ride to and from the shop and went above and beyond. Really great service for a good price. I'll definitely go back when needed
