I was afraid my week long fishing trip was doomed when I had car trouble after arriving in Long Beach. However, Box K went above and beyond in taking care of me and repairing my car. They had a loaner car I could use to get back and forth to where my boat was moored while they worked on my car and when the wrong part was shipped to them, helped me with accommodations for the additional night I needed to stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Box K to anyone who needs car repairs on the Long Beach Peninsula. Thanks Box K!

We are from Spokane and were on vacation and came in on Tuesday June 30, 2015 with the breaks in our RV not working. They were so busy but the wonderful people at Box K took a look and assessed the problem and told us what needed to be done. The new owner Millie was short handed because of family emergencies and called in the previous owner Doug who came in and started to working on our RV jacking it up and putting it on stands. Parts had to be ordered from out of town so the hooked us up to power and we stayed in their parking lot for three day until the work was done. They are TRULY the nicest people and we are VERY happy with their work :-)

At the end of a week long camping trip to Cape Disappointment with my 6 and 7 year old kids my excursion decided to leave us stranded at the dump station with our travel trailer in tow. We were told to have it towed to BoxK for 2 reasons. 1 they do great work and stand behind it, 2 they had RV hook ups in the back. They got us in first thing Monday morning, figured out the problem, ordered the part from Portland, and had us heading home by 5:30 that night. Thank you to everyone that helped us at Box K.

Hands down, this is the best mechanic shop I've ever experienced. It's clean and the staff treated me like family. I was traveling through town last Spring and had a burned out brakelight. I stopped in and within five minutes it was not only replaced but they wished us a great vacation and told us that it was on the house. I want to move to Long Beach just so I can go to this shop. I sincerely hope that they do well in Long Beach and stay in business for a long time.

My husband and I panicked when our 2004 Audi would not start today. Googled and found Box K Auto Repair about three blocks from our hotel and not only did Doug Knutzen allay our panick but found the problem quickly...and did a complete vehicle inspection and even a car wash. We were blown away by the customer service, the fair price and the comfort we got in this experience. It would have been a very long tow to Redmond, WA! Thanks Doug! I wish we could give more than 5 stars.

Would highly recommend Box K! We visited Long Beach and like many tourists got our car stuck in the beach sand. After we were towed out the car rattled as if the tires were going to come off! We thought perhaps it was in need of an alignment or worse - and of course it was a Sunday. We called Box K and on Monday AM showed up at 8. They got us in, cleaned out the car (too much sand in the wheels was all!) and sent us on our way. Great service, friendly, accomodating and home town feel. They were great! Not to mention their shop, surrounding area at the shop and waiting room was clean and not your typical 'repair shop'. Give them a try if ever in need of auto repair in Long Beach.
